Help Desk / IT Officer

This role is ideal for a customer-focused IT professional with hands-on experience in technical support and a strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. The selected candidate will play a key role in supporting our clients, ensuring system stability, and delivering a high-quality support experience through remote and direct communication channels.

 

Job Requirements & Qualifications:
• Minimum of 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Help Desk / Technical Support, dealing directly with clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple support requests simultaneously.

Technical Skills:
• Strong knowledge of Windows Operating Systems.
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in handling printers, scanners, and troubleshooting hardware issues.
• Familiarity with remote support tools, including:
o AnyDesk
o TeamViewer
o Remote Desktop (RDP)

Job Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support to customers via phone and remote access.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues faced by clients in a timely manner.
• Follow up on support tickets and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Document technical issues and solutions provided to customers.
